Earth Mart is an online advertising service where people are free to place for sale anything they want, within reason, but you alone are completely responsible for what you post or advertise on this site and any ramifications that may result from your advertisement or post.

You understand that all User Content, including, all information, data, text, software, photographs, messages or other materials whether publicly posted or privately transmitted to Earth Mart, is the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. This means that You, and not Earth Mart, are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via this service. You warrant to us that you will not use the Earth Mart site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

Earth Mart does not edit your advertisements, but we do reserve the right to decline or delete any advertisements that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate. If you place false or misleading advertisements we also reserve the right to pass on your details and or your IP address to the third party concerned or any appropriate law enforcement agency.

You may download and print individual advertising listings from the Earth Mart site for your own private, non-commercial use. Apart from this, you must not use, reproduce, communicate, publish, or distribute any of the content on the Earth Mart site, in particular, you must not reproduce or use any of the advertising listings on the Earth Mart site for commercial purposes or for commercial gain.

We do not represent or warrant that the content on the Earth Mart site complies with the laws of any country outside of Australia. If you access the Earth Mart site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk.

Nothing on the Earth Mart site constitutes an offer to provide goods or services in any jurisdiction if to do so would contravene the laws of that jurisdiction.
